Chronosphere
During seven fast-moving months at Chronosphere, I helped shape and launch integrated campaigns designed to make complex observability concepts more memorable, approachable, and useful to technical audiences.
The centerpiece was LOGSapalooza: a fully developed campaign world that transformed log management into an unexpected cabin-inspired experience, complete with its own visual identity, messaging, event environments, merchandise, original jingle, and beaver mascot, Chipper. I helped translate the core concept across channels while building a flexible creative system that could support demand generation, field marketing, sales enablement, and live events.
This case study highlights LOGSapalooza, Guided Observability, and selected projects that demonstrate how I combined concept development, brand storytelling, and hands-on execution across an ambitious, fast-moving marketing organization.

CTRL Freak Certified Campaign

CTRL Freak campaign
CTRL Freak was developed to showcase Chronosphere’s control capabilities through two distinct technical personas: the Cost Whisperer, representing CTOs and VPs of Engineering focused on efficiency and spend, and the Chaos Controller, representing developers and systems architects focused on performance and reliability.
I helped translate those audience differences into a flexible campaign platform built around a shared insight: everyone has their own version of an inner CTRL Freak. The concept extended across a social series, interactive quiz, tradeshow experience, swag, merchandise, and a persona-driven playlist— giving each audience a tailored entry point while keeping the larger campaign cohesive.
The result was a playful, memorable way to communicate that control looks different depending on the role, but Chronosphere can empower both audiences to manage complexity with greater confidence.
